#6 African Giant Swallowtail
African Giant Swallowtails are mysterious butterflies native to African forests, measuring 10” from wingtip to wingtip.
Not much is known about these majestic creatures, only that they are beautiful and virtually unchallenged in the wild.
They have no known predators other than humans because they’re filled with deadly toxins and, when danger is present, they release a fume of toxic chemicals to scare away any possible enemies.
Even then, eating one of these would most certainly kill them.
