#14 Arizona Bark Scorpion
Arizona Bark Scorpions are small brown critters that invade homes in the summer and effortlessly fit into tiny nooks and crannies. This is also the only kind of scorpion that can suspend itself and crawl across ceilings.
These are more shy than aggressive with humans, stinging only when bothered. Depending on the scorpion’s age, the severity of a sting ranges from a bee sting to hornet sting levels.
Normal reactions to the venom include pain that can last 3 days, tingling sensations, numbness, and nausea and vomiting.
