#21 Malaysian Black Forest Scorpion
The Malaysian Black Forest Scorpion, also called the Asian Forest Scorpion, is one of the largest species of scorpion. These are native to Southeast Asian forests and feed on insects and small mice.
It’s a common scorpion pet but, regardless of domestication, they’re highly aggressive and need to be isolated to prevent attacks on you and other animals.
The effects of its sting are similar to hornet stings, causing intense shooting pain, swelling, redness, shortness of breath, and numbness for several days. Luckily, it’s not fatal.
