The Norwegian Passport – It Has Northern Lights
Redesigned by Neue Design Studio in 2014, the Norwegian passport is a work of art. The passport reflects the minimalism of the nation.
Look inside, and the pages will have clean lines of orange, grey, and teal – all depicting the Norwegian landscape.
The magic starts when you place the pages under a UV light. The colors turn dark, and the dazzling Northern Lights appear across the sky. The passport’s cover has three colors – blue, red, and white, each having a separate meaning.
Blue signifies diplomatic relationships, red is for the citizens, and white signifies immigrants.
