1. Origination Of Coronavirus

Who would have thought eating bats could cause one of the most devastating pandemics in history? Let’s rephrase that, who would have thought of eating bats?

Patient zero of the pandemic emerged from the city of Wuhan, China where reportedly the virus jumped from bats (available for consumption in the markets of Wuhan) to humans, took hold and mutated into multiple strains. 

Although not dissimilar to diseases such as H1N1 and the Avian flu (they too crossed species), this pandemic forced some Chinese districts to pass laws on banning the consumption of animals such as dogs, cats, and bats.
